Leilani Ray's coaching journey was built through personal experience, growth, and learning how to step into confidence authentically. As an introvert with a challenging childhood, she understands what it feels like to struggle with self-confidence and finding your voice.
Her transformation began at age 16 while working in retail, where she learned that genuine curiosity and meaningful connection could change the way she communicated and showed up int the world. Over time, those experiences helped shape the coach and mentor she is today.
When Leilani built her first business as an image and style consultant, she discovered that clients were not simply looking for stye advice, they were searching for confidence, clarity and a stronger connection to themselves. That realization inspired her to help others reconnect with who they are and move forward with greater purpose and self-trust.
